Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Arusha – Tarangire National Park
Upon arrival at Arusha Airport, meet your Rioba Safari guide and begin your journey to Tarangire National Park. Spend the day enjoying a game drive, exploring the park’s vast landscapes, and spotting wildlife such as elephants, lions, giraffes, and numerous bird species.
In the late afternoon, transfer to Karatu and check in at Mvuli Lodge for an overnight stay. Relax and soak in the peaceful lodge atmosphere surrounded by the Ngorongoro highlands.

After breakfast, depart Karatu and head south to the Ndutu area, a key section of the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. This region is famous for the Great Migration calving season (typically January–March), where thousands of wildebeest calves are born, attracting predators like lions, cheetahs, and hyenas. Enjoy game drives along the way, witnessing this spectacular wildlife spectacle.
